Wonderful hotel! The view from our room was gorgeous! The staff were super friendly. My husband and I had breakfast and lunch there and both were delicious! The hotel is new and very clean with new everything. The hair dryer was so powerful and quick. Curtains open and close automatically. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Exceptional Stay, Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand New Century Hotel in Guangde. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety to choose from. Everything was well organized and fresh. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to help us recover a food delivery that had been sent to the wrong address. Their effort and willingness to assist made a huge difference and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangde. you won’t regret it!

Got 3-bed family room for 2 nights and simply one of the best hotels we stayed in. Memory foam pillow worked wonder to our sleepless nights prior. Lobby staffs also perfect, we had 12 packages dropped at the lobby and they patiently sorted through these packages.

The room was very nuce an clean. Service was amazing, minus the uncalled for dostruputions and invasion o privacy, by having unathorized people entering the room with their own access key after we had already checked in. Managr was friendly and professional and was quick to resolve this isdue, after te fact i happened. Would stay her again if assured the same issue would not happen again. Friendly fron desk service and professional.
