I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

Service nettoyages des chambres à revoir , parut déjeuner très limité , vite en rupture de jus d'orange , de fruits , il faut sans cesse redemander de reacharger! Les tables ne sont pas débarrasser pour permettre au autres personnes qui descende de trouver des tables propre ! Manque flagrants de personnel!

ดิฉันใช้ในการเดินทาง วันนั้นพอพยายามขอบริการรับส่งรถจากสนามบินมาโรงแรมก็กังวลเพราะ trip.com และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ระบุไว้ในหน้าเพจไม่เชื่อมต่อประมาณ 9 ชั่วโมง แนะนําให้สอบถามล่วงหน้า ดูเหมือนว่าเขาจะกลับไปที่สนามบินทุกชั่วโมงเขาจัด บริการอื่นๆ ไม่มีปัญหา อาหารเช้ามีไม่หลากหลายแต่มีขนมออร์เจียหลายอย่างชอบมาก ขนมปังก็อร่อย

Nous avons passé avec ma fille un magnifique séjour dans cet établissement moderne chaleureux tout le personnel est aux petits soins.Les chambres sont spacieuses et le service étage est incroyable disponible H24 . Je recommande cet hôtel à mille pour cent.:

Got lift. Breakfast is okay. Wifi very slow. Shower hot water all time. Toilet bowl cannot flush properly and cover not working. Shower door got gap so water flows out and flood the floor because shower level is higher..

Overall stay was just good, buffet breakfast was good and mix of Arabic and western cuisine , backside shopping centre was advantage
