The major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road. However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton: - the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use), - the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty, - there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and - the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable. If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.

J'ai essayé de lui faire comprendre que ce n'était clairement pas le cas. Donc conseil À JAMAİS DİRE MULÂTRE ET MULTİETHNİQUES C'est deux mots qui sont carrément tabous. Si vous ne voulez pas vous faire insulter à ne jamais dire. C'est dommage car tout étais parfait sauf l'esprit restreint et parano de ce jeune homme. Bonne chance si vous le rencontrez. Mise à part ce souci Je vous conseil cet hôtel. Le reste du personnel est affable et courtois. Bon séjour

La réception parle plusieurs langues , donc faciliter lors des voyages. On entend pas du tout les voitures , lieux calme et faciliter d’accès pour bouger sur les grandes villes , train , métro.

Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

I have been stayed in this hotel at twice , Close to Brussels airport. Convenient with free shuttle pick up ! All staffs in the hotel provided good services Room is cleaned n very spacious.
