Service is great, and the same as others, can go next time. Maybe again!

This is a brand new property. The room was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was pretty good! This hotel has growing pains. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport despite making two calls to the hotel. They said it was due to road construction. BS, I had just driven a rental car from the hotel to the airport. I had to spend $20 on a 5km taxi ride. The next morning the shuttle left the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and was not going to make another run until 8:30 despite a schedule of running every half hour. Unacceptable. So for a very short stay, and that's what this hotel's purpose is, it did not meet our expectations at all. For a major hotel chain, this is well below expectations despite a nice room and a respectable restaurant.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

Needed a place to stay because I missed my flight and was exhausted after dealing with the airport BS. This hotel is just 1 min walk across the check-in floor and was a no-brainer for me despite the high cost. If convenience and peace of mind are what you need, then this hotel is definitely worth paying the premium. No dental kits provided tho.

I love the relaxing two nights stay at the hotel. The food was not extremely fantastic but ok. For me a bit more salty than what I like. The room has window and love the morning sun coming into the room to give it a good energy. There’s a shuttle bus that goes to the airport and also pick up from the airport which is extremely convenient. Continental Breakfast is provided. Love the experience.
