I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting ”new towels”, if I wanted the room serviced.
If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in.
I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room ”key”.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.

ผผู้เข้าพักRoom was really clean and breakfast was great.. room lighting can be better though, room is a bit gloomy. Only accessible by car / taxi and no convenience stores around the area. I ordered food in the bar for dinner and when I asked if it can be delivered to my room, the reception guy asked for my room number and then said they can’t but when the waiter gave me the food on my table he asked if I want to take take it to my room and gave me a tray. When I passed the bar holding my food, I heard the reception guy said to the waiter “you gave her a tray? it would be a long walk” (it isn’t really coz my room is close to the reception) — so the reason he said they can’t deliver it to my room was apparently because it would be a long walk (disappointing). Other than that, my stay served it’s purpose.
