it was a beautiful property with good amenities. Food was decent and people here were very interactive and helpful. We got opportunity to enjoy mentalist show. Few suggestions for improvement- 1. As we are required to put shoes out, would be great to provide indoor slippers 2. Common hall had lot of mosquitoes and no proper netting or mosquito repellent 3. we stayed at 10 bed bunk with single AC. the temperature was very hot and single AC was not sufficient.

Its super near by to airport but don't know why taxi go around however when return from hotel just 6 mins walk to airport, room is clean not too big as picture and staff is good check in smooth. Nothing around any food or drinks but hotel give water its enough

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. It is a great place to stay if you are traveling to kottayam by train around 4.5 km away from kottayam railway station. Besides, it is an Ayurvedic clinic as mean, it is affiliated to the clinic they offer post natal and detox, etc.. refer the web ”Deemahi Ayurveda” for deeper insights. Decent stay for 3 people in room coming to cleanliness it's good .

We booked a double delux non ac room. The stay was comfortable. Room was neat - pleasant odour - mosquito free - clean bathroom. The service manager was kind too. But the biggest letdown was the very very small room size. Room size would be max 75 sqft. Not enough moving space. It was like a closed and compact compartment. Not sure about the size of other rooms. Apart from that, all other aspects were good.
