At check-in, there was no front desk staff available, but a cleaning staff member kindly assisted me. During check-out, I was offered a cup of coffee and a complimentary taxi service, which was very thoughtful. The location is perfect — Registan Square is just a pleasant walk away. I would love to come back and stay here again with my friends or family.

Хороший отель ,жили до него в Хилтоне , сам отель ничем не отличается . Чисто , уборка ежедневная , персонал отличный . Из минусов ( останавливались в марте 2026 г ) рядом ничего нет ,совсем ничего, фонтаны не работали , аквапарк , парк развлечений, торговый центр тоже ! Летом , в сезон , наверно было бы прекрасно тут ! Но не в другое время года !

โรงแรมที่ไม่คาดคิด ใหม่มาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทุกด้านเป็นความรู้สึกใหม่ ทัศนคติการบริการของโรงแรมก็ดี แต่ฉันบอกล่วงหน้าว่าฉันจะช่วยแพ็คอาหารเช้าในตู้เย็นในตอนเช้าและในที่สุดฉันก็ไม่เห็นการจัด

โรงแรมใหม่มากและสะดวกต่อการเข้าถึงสถานีรถไฟและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญทั้งหมด ห้องพักสะอาดและมีการจัดระเบียบอย่างดี พนักงานทุกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือและเป็นมิตรมาก พวกเขาช่วยเหลืออย่างรวดเร็วและยิ้มแย้มเสมอ แนะนําให้พักสําหรับผู้ที่มา Samarkand อย่างแน่นอน

位置就在大路上，周圍環境很好。酒店規模不大但是裝修建造都是高大上的土豪風格。打車去哪都不遠。隔音有點問題，晚上外面的動靜聽的一清二楚。服務人員非常熱情周到，主動幫忙打電話詢問我們要去的週末市場的情況。甚至離店時還把我們送去了車站。早餐很還不錯，品種很多，有新鮮的水果蔬菜。樓下有家衹賣手抓飯的洋氣餐廳，但是手抓飯泡在黑油裏還是有點一言難盡。謹慎選擇。

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

ห้องกว้างมาก มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบ มีระเบียงเล็กๆ อาหารเช้าอร่อย พนักงานตอบสนองดี โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่ดีใกล้ University Avenue ไป Registhan สามารถเดินไปได้ เสียดายที่ไม่ได้จัดการใช้บริการสปา

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อยและพื้นที่ห้องน้ํามีขนาดเล็ก บริการต้องแปล

房間很寬敞 屋況新穎 床舖及照明都很棒 櫃檯人員服務態度也超好 滿足我們所有需求！ㄧ出旅店幾步之遙就一家超級大的超市生活所需應有盡有。 唯一就是離核心景點3公里外 但打車便宜不會造成任何不便
