เมื่อมาถึงโรงแรม พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองมาก ได้อัปเกรดห้องพักให้ฉันเป็นห้องที่มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้น ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย ทันสมัย สะอาดสะอ้าน พอตอนเย็นกลับมาที่โรงแรม ก็ยังได้รับผลไม้ต้อนรับฟรีอีกด้วย ในวันนั้นกระเป๋าเดินทางของฉันเกิดปัญหาเล็กน้อย และฉันได้แจ้งเรื่องนี้ในระหว่างที่ใช้บริการรถรับส่งไปสถานีที่ทางโรงแรมจัดเตรียมไว้ พนักงานขับรถส่งที่สถานีก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีในการเปิดตัวล็อกกระเป๋าเดินทางให้ บริการรถรับส่งทั้งหมดตรงเวลา มีความเอาใจใส่ และให้การบริการที่อบอุ่น ครั้งหน้าฉันจะเลือกพักที่ Hampton อีกแน่นอน!

โรงแรม Atour สาขาสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงปูหนิง: ประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม! ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและสะอาด ที่นอนและหมอนมีความนุ่มกำลังดี ทำให้หลับสบาย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่ใส่ใจ เช่น ฟิตเนสบนชั้นสอง และมุมอ่านหนังสือในล็อบบี้ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้สถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงมาก ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกสบายสุดๆ 👍🏻 ขอชื่นชมเป็นพิเศษกับพนักงานต้อนรับ Xi Yang 💁🏻♀️ มืออาชีพ กระตือรือร้น และให้บริการอย่างพิถีพิถันและเอาใจใส่ ประสบการณ์ที่สมบูรณ์แบบตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ! ครั้งหน้าที่มาปูหนิงฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

The Kailiyade Hotel offers a mixed experience for travelers. The location is unbeatable—situated directly atop the Wantaihui Shopping Complex, providing immediate access to dining and retail. Rooms are clean, well-lit, and notably spacious. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. Note that this hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms; as a result, rooms may have a lingering, heavy cigarette odor. Essential amenities like a mini-fridge are also missing. Additionally, street noise may be bothersome for light sleepers. Guests should also account for potential delays with the elevator, as it is shared with the mall (floors 1-6) and other building tenants, including a maternity hotel. This is a solid choice for convenience, but lacks some standard hotel comforts.

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

ช่วยด้วย! โรงแรมนี้ใส่ใจทุกรายละเอียดจริงๆ ฝังอยู่ใน DNA ของโรงแรม! ทันทีที่ฉันมาถึงหน้าประตู ฉันรู้สึกอบอุ่นมาก—หลังจากลงจากรถพร้อมกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยก็วิ่งมาช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้ฉัน เขาเอาใจใส่ดีมาก แถมยังเปิดประตูและลากกระเป๋าของฉันไปที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับด้วย! ห้องพักเต็มไปด้วยเซอร์ไพรส์! พอเห็นว่าฉันมีชุดกีฬา พนักงานทำความสะอาดก็ถามฉันทันทีว่าต้องการบริการซักรีดฟรีไหม คืนนั้นฉันโทรไปที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ แล้วก็มีคนมารับเสื้อผ้าของฉันทันที สะดวกมาก! วันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับบอกฉันว่าเสื้อผ้าของฉันซักและอบแห้งเรียบร้อยแล้ว และถามว่าสะดวกที่จะคืนไหม บริการของโรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมและใส่ใจจริงๆ! ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก อยู่ตรงข้ามร้านขายเสื้อผ้าเลย เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นฉันยังไปช้อปปิ้งด้วย เสื้อผ้าราคาค่อนข้างดีเลย

ครั้งนี้ที่ได้พักที่โรงแรม Jieyang Chaohui เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก! โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางย่านการค้าซึ่งสะดวกมากในการเดินทางไปยังสถานีขนส่งหรือสนามบิน เมื่อคุณก้าวเข้าไปในล็อบบี้ การตกแต่งจะให้ความรู้สึกสดใสและมีสไตล์มาก พนักงานต้อนรับมีความกระตือรือร้นและเป็นมืออาชีพ พวกเขาเช็คอินอย่างรวดเร็วและยังแนะนำสถานที่ที่น่าสนใจรอบๆ อีกด้วย ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน มีเครื่องทำความร้อนเพียงพอ ทำให้อยู่สบายมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายเพื่อตอบสนองรสนิยมที่แตกต่างกัน

Positive: Location is within a 15 minutes walking distance to the vibrant food & night market streets of Hepo town. The front desk lady was very courteous & provided a great customer service with a warm welcoming smile. My questions & requests were promptly & politely answered with satisfactory responses. Room warm & cool air conditioning works perfectly.  Negative: The bed mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The secondhand smoke from smokers walking along the corridors drifts through the closed room door. Suggestions to this hotel management should isolate & segregate smokers to a different floor of this hotel. Non smokers should be given the option to breathe in “smokeless & clean air” while sleeping. After all, non smokers pay the same $$ to get a good rest that they deserve. Smokers should pay extra cleaning levy for the ash they drop everywhere & cigarette butts burns on hotel assets. Noisy, inconsiderate & selfish hotel guests, talking loudly while walking to their rooms at 3am in the morning.

โรงแรมสวยมาก! ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และกว้างขวางเพียงพอ อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลาย รวมทั้งตีนหมูซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่คาดไม่ถึงซึ่งเตรียมอุปกรณ์การเรียนรู้และของว่างไว้ให้เด็กๆ เป็นอย่างดี

โีรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สนามบิน พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้ สามารถเรียกรถมารับที่สนามบินได้ ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 ชมพอมาถึงให้แจ้งโรงแรม แล้วให้ขึ้นไปรอที่ประตู 2 ชั้นบน (ขาเข้า) จะมีรถมินิบัสสีขาวมารับ ให้คอนเฟิร์มกับโรงแรมก่อน ห้องกว้างดี จองห้องแบบไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่ได้ห้องที่สูบบุหรี่ได้ทุกจุดในห้อง แม้แต่ล็อบบี้โรงแรมก็สูบได้ เพราะมีที่เขี่ยบุหรี่วางอยู่เต็มไปหมด ฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรม เป็นถนนที่มีร้านขายของชำใหญ่ๆ ร้านอาหาร หม้อไฟ เต็มทั้งถนน ราคาไม่แพง

สภาพแวดล้อม: ทำเลดีมากและมีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: อาหารเช้าก็ดี ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ตำแหน่งหัวฝักบัวต่ำเล็กน้อยและไม่สามารถปรับความสูงได้ จึงไม่เป็นมิตรกับคนตัวสูงนัก สุขอนามัย: สุขอนามัยไม่ค่อยดีนัก มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะเมื่อเข้าห้อง พรมสกปรก และจำเป็นต้องทำความสะอาด การบริการ: การบริการดีมากและทัศนคติของแผนกต้อนรับก็ดีมากเช่นกัน
