This hotel is located in the heart of Surabaya, surrounded by office buildings and very close to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. The room is quite spacious and clean, although it feels a bit old and in need of renovation. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes with great taste. This hotel will be one of my accommodation choices if I visit Surabaya again.

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

This is 2nd time to stay here. Near Tunjungan Plaza.Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Drago restaurant is a halal food serve.
