we choose the ground floor for our rooms . chk in 4 different times and f/desk was awesome. (Would be nice to be recognizedby the name since we chk in 4 times in a span of 9 days.all our booking were online. Friendly staff and clean rooms. restaurant was great .good selection. Would love to see papaya, pineapple, mango fruits , pandasal consistently on the bufffet offering. first room114 aircon is noisy. rm 116 rm aircon is way less . Clean rooms. Patio had one chair. would be nice to have two chairs and a table for morning coffee , and pm drinks . Roof top swimming pool and bar n food was great. Chk out the 3-6 happy hours for cocktail. great selection of good drinks . spa was ok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Comfort and Service at an Amazing Value! I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. The hotel room is very spacious . The room is perfect .i enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff and front desk is very accommodating. They are very attentive on what i need. The hotel is close to SM ,public market and baywalk. Which is really good. I wish they have pool so they can maximize the view I also wish the they have more equipment at the gym. Overall, this place is great spot. For those who like to explore the city.
