Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

พนักงานเป็นมิตรและเป็นมิตร อาหารอร่อย แต่แพงไปหน่อย เยี่ยมมากที่พวกเขาสามารถเข้าถึงสระว่ายน้ําและทําเลที่ตั้งที่ลงจากถนนคนเดินเป็นข้อดีอย่างมากและทําให้การสํารวจไม่ยุ่งยาก

เราเช็คอินได้อย่างรวดเร็วและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกใกล้กับสถานที่ต่างๆ เกือบทุกที่ ห้องพักสะอาด จัดวางอย่างเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย เตรียมพร้อมอย่างดี และให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รวมถึงหมูสามชั้นย่างแบบท้องถิ่น (tocino) เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมาก

Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

Hotel has a ******, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

ทําเลค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย ห้องพักเล็กมาก ราคานี้ไม่มีทางได้ มีสระว่ายน้ําและห้องอาหาร วันเสาร์คืนมีดนตรีสดให้นั่งชิลที่ห้องอาหารด้วย กินสามจังหวะเสิร์ฟไม่อั้นด้วย ห้ามนําเข้าแต่ไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้ๆ ราคาไม่แพงและมีความรับผิดชอบ นวดไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีเวลา มีสระว่ายน้ําเหมือนจะเป็นที่นิยมของครอบครัว อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเยอะ

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.

I can confidently say that Le charme Hotel lives up to its name—this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Booked this hotel coz I attended Aurora Music Festival 2026 to see SB19. The hotel is very near the venue. The staff are accommodating. Room is clean. The room is fully equipped just like a service apartment. With stove, big ref and microwave oven. The room also has washing machine. If you don’t want to cook, they have a coffee shop, convenience store, Japanese restaurant which serves delicious food. There’s also a Korean restaurant but I was not able to try. My stay for the festival was convenient because of this hotel.
