Hotel is good, clean and good location Breakfast is very good But the usd to lkr conversion rate is very bad with respect to airport and nearby banks Airport pick up or drop service is a rip off. They are charging 2 to 2.5 times for that and don’t use this service (use uber or airport taxi)

酒店周圍沒有什麼餐廳商店，房間很大，衞生很好，但是不提供礦泉水衹有大桶裝水在樓道里麪供客人使用。

My family and I checked in to the Cinnamon Grand of Colombo,Sri Lanka. It is a hotel centrally located near shopping and dining areas. We have always liked the food at the Cinnamon Grand and the little shopping mall, a short, covered walk from the hotel. Check-in at the Cinnamon Grand is not too complex. The elevators are not as slow as Bangkok or Las Vegas. The hotel rooms have enough room and amenities. Although my wife and I were overcome with a damp and musty smell. Given the age of the hotel and the humidity in Colombo, I can see there is not enough ventilation to air out the hotel rooms.

Hilton Colombo Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed — with a stunning view of the city and the sea! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect environment for both rest and productivity. The location is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to key areas of Colombo. The service was exceptional — friendly staff, smooth check-in, and quick responses to every request. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym and breakfast spread. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I return to Colombo.

Sheer British Colonial history setting from 150 years ago. Immaculately observed, including the lowering of the Sri Lankan flag every day at 6pm, accompanied by a Scottish bagpiper!! Excellent location, close to the city centre but just enough away, right be the sea, in front of the iconic Galle Face Green. The pool is sourced from the sea water all the time. Good size, good facilities. Clean. Sunset views exceptional. Food available in several locations in the hotel, including the popular, much talked about buffet breakfast and bar food. Prices reflect the maintenance of traditional cuisine in a the modern world… But not as expensive as other modern hotels nearby, eg the Kingsbury. Highly recommended. We were here in the run up to Christmas 2025. The decorations will put many Christian countries to shame!.😁 They obliged us with a late check out. Five stars!

Words can’t express how grateful I am to the team at Shangri La Colombo. I was travelling with my grandma who is 91 years old so I wanted to book our stay at a place that I could count on . I have experienced the hospitality of Shangri-La at other parts of the world and I was hopeful that it would be the same. They did not disappoint. Right from Masood at the door to Dileka at breakfast and Waruna at the Concierge , our every need was met, and then some! It’s fully accessible if you have reduced mobility , and everyone who works there is constantly thinking ahead, so that you feel comfortable. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the hospitality is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the entire team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday.

Jetwing Beach เป็นโรงแรมที่น่ารัก ตั้งอยู่บนชายหาด ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี มีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ สะอาดมากและมีเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ดี ห้องพักมองเห็นสระว่ายน้ำและชายหาด ซึ่งเหมาะแก่การตื่นมาในตอนเช้า พนักงานของโรงแรมให้บริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมตั้งแต่แม่บ้าน แผนกต้อนรับ ไปจนถึงพนักงานดูแลสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่มีอะไรจะตำหนิได้ อาหารและเครื่องดื่มก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน ลองไปที่ Terrace Bar เพื่อดื่มค็อกเทล คุณจะไม่ผิดหวัง อาหารที่ Beach/Pool Bar ก็คุ้มค่าเช่นกัน ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอนหากคุณมาเที่ยวที่เนกอมโบ

Not well maintained, the room smelled like wet and mold. One thing that made us very unhappy was that the curtains wouldn't close completely, so the light would come in in the morning at 6 am. The steam room was disgusting, with broken floor and mold. There were alcohol bottles hidden in the spa room, and in the gym cabinets - I LL let you guess who might have been drinking... Good location, clean room. Below average breakfast
