Чистый отель с приветливым персоналом. В комнате вода, чайник, две кружки, два стакана. Постельное бельё чистое, полотенца чистые. У нас был номер после ремонта. Бассейн не работает. В целом переночевать нормально. Завтрак хороший.

Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

โรงแรมอยู่นอกเมืองนิดหน่อย และไม่ค่อยได้มาตรฐานแมริออท อาหารไม่สด แม้ว่าห้องพักจะดี เล็ก แต่อบอุ่น พนักงานพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือและเป็นมิตรเสมอ แต่ควรตรวจสอบอย่างรอบคอบเนื่องจากการชาร์จไฟเกินดูเหมือนจะเกิดขึ้นค่อนข้างบ่อย สระว่ายน้ำสวยมากและมีห้องออกกำลังกายที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันเช่นกัน นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติเยอะมาก ทัชมาฮาลอยู่ใกล้และดี!

I’m a solo traveler who has been to many different places in India, and I can highly recommend this hostel for your next stay. The staff here is very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and the air conditioning works properly. The bathroom in our room was cleaned by the staff every day. I enjoyed the food here so much that I ate here every day. The hostel also has an app through which you can order food and beverages and open the door to your room. I liked it so much that I’ve also booked stays in Rishikesh and Jaipur with the same brand, as I hope they are just as good as this one in Varanasi.

We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.
