The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was different depending on the room. In the second room I stayed in, the water pressure was very weak. The room was very cold. The air conditioner couldn’t be switched to heating, so I slept wearing extra clothes.

The place is close, like 5-7min driving to CBD. But the best thing is the service is the TOP. Kevin is really nice to guests. He explained to us even before we asked.

We had an amazing stay!! positive: friendly staff, location of the hotel, room service was amazing, indoor pool and sauna facilities fantastic, I really appreciate decaf coffee and milk option in the room. If I have to mention one to be improved item would be a bit too manly smell of the shampoo and conditioner, a more neutral smell would be preferred.

An excellent hotel to stay to explore freycinet National park.  You can enjoy beautiful sunset from the hotel balcony or from the beach just next to the hotel.  You can take the wineglass Bay cruise from the hotel jetty. Enjoy my two night stay. All the snacks and drinks are included.

View outside the hotel room the superb, superb and superb. Inside the hotel area there is farm with animals, you can feed them by getting the food grains from the reception. The fruits farm allows you to pick your favourite fruits ie apples, cherries, grapes, plum etc as long as they are available. If the weather is good, you could have chance to see aurora and Milky Way outside of your hotel. In overall, everything is just perfect staying here. Highly recommended.

Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก ใกล้กับถนนคนเดินช้อปปิ้ง ร้านอาหาร ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ศาลากลาง โบสถ์คาทอลิก และสวนสาธารณะ โดยอยู่ห่างออกไปไม่ถึงร้อยก้าว ห่างจากสถานีขนส่งสนามบินเพียง 2 ถนนเล็กๆ และห่างจากตลาด Salaman Square และท่าเรือโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียงสิบนาที ป้ายรถเมล์ต่างๆ อยู่ที่หรือใกล้ประตู ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกมาก โรงแรมสะอาดมากและจะทำความสะอาดทุกวันตราบเท่าที่คุณต้องการ แม้ว่าร้านอาหารของโรงแรมจะมีบุฟเฟ่ต์ แต่อาหารจานหลักยังคงต้องสั่งตามสั่ง ฉันทานอาหารเช้าเพียงมื้อเดียวซึ่งก็ไม่เลวเลย มีของหวานฟรีให้บริการทุกวันตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00 น. ถึง 16.30 น. ส่วนใหญ่เป็นช็อคโกแลตและของว่างชิ้นเล็กที่สร้างสรรค์ โรงแรมมีฟิตเนส มินิบาร์ในห้องมีเครื่องชงกาแฟสำหรับดื่มกาแฟและมีนาฬิกาปลุกบนโต๊ะข้างเตียงสามารถเล่นเพลงและชาร์จแบบไร้สายได้ซึ่งสะดวกมาก สิ่งเดียวที่ไม่สบายใจคือโรงแรมทำผิดพลาดในข้อมูลการจองของเราและไม่สามารถส่งมอบแผนกต้อนรับให้กับพนักงานต้อนรับได้อย่างถูกต้องซึ่งทำให้การเดินทางของเราล่าช้าไปตลอดทั้งบ่าย อนิจจาฉันจะไม่พูดถึงมันอีกต่อไป
