ผผู้เข้าพักDuring our trip to Japan we stayed in several hotels. Only this one corresponds to the declared class (4 stars) by international, not just Japanese, standards. Excellent location in the very center of the city, qualified and hospitable staff, a large light room with an ”urban” view from the window, all electrical equipment and plumbing in the room are in excellent condition, cleanliness reigns everywhere. It is obvious that all the employees of this hotel work - and work well - and do not just give all the guests ”service bows”.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.
BBenji95Had basically zero complaints, room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Seemed good value for cost. Showers a bit awkward for people who are tall (6’3+) as I accidentally hit my head on the roof once but it was was not really an issue.
