Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

Great hotel! The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Really nice and friendly staff. Quite central and close to restaurants and shopping. For my niece and I, was a walking distance from the station, but someone might prefer to go by bus. I would definitely recommend it, if you are visiting the area.

L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva.

ฉันเข้าพักหนึ่งคืนในห้องเดี่ยว ซึ่งใหญ่กว่าที่คาดไว้มาก เช่นเดียวกับเตียงที่เป็นเตียงขนาด 3/4 ไม่ใช่เตียงเดี่ยว ตู้เย็นเป็นแบบขนาดเล็ก และดีใจที่เห็นว่าตู้นิรภัยในห้องมีขนาดใหญ่พอที่จะใส่แล็ปท็อปได้ สิ่งเดียวที่ขาดไปอาจจะเป็นที่ชงชาหรือกาแฟ ทุกอย่างสะอาดมาก สิ่งที่แปลกอย่างเดียวคือเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับซึ่งเป็นกระจกทั้งหมด มีช่องเล็กๆ อยู่ระดับโต๊ะ ทำให้ต้องก้มลงเพื่อฟังสิ่งที่พนักงานต้อนรับพูด...ไม่ใช่ความประทับใจแรกที่ ”เป็นมิตร” สักเท่าไหร่ บริเวณรอบๆ โรงแรมสวยงาม มีร้านกาแฟและร้านอาหารมากมาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ที่ดีมากอยู่ใกล้ๆ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดีและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

โรงแรมสวยและกว้างมาก ห้องอาหารสวยมาก แต่พายุไม่ได้ทําให้เราได้เพลิดเพลิน โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องน้ําก็สบายมาก ค็อกเทลก็มาพร้อมกับปากสนุกมากมาย ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสว่างมากพร้อมวิวทะเลสาบวาเรเซ อาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมนั้นน่าพอใจ แม้ว่ามันจะน่าตื่นเต้นกว่านี้อีกเล็กน้อยก็ตาม เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้นที่ผู้ถือกระเป๋าสามารถเป็นประโยชน์

Grande e confortevole la struttura, molto pulito. Il ristorante propone una cucina di livello medio alto con un buon servizio. Le camere sono grandi e dotate tutte di un grande balcone. C'è anche un parcheggio gratuito. Esperienza molto soddisfacente

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Brescia, molto semplice di raggiungere anche a piedi, personale gentilissimo e camera abbastanza pulita e ordinata. Per la colazione solo consiglierei che al posto della macchinetta per fare i waffle fai da te, ci sia una persona del hotel a fargli perché è stato lì che si è formata la lunga coda, di più dei ragazzi e altri turisti perché bisognava aspettare la cottura miei figli ad esempio alla fine ci hanno rinunciato perché il tempo scorreva e noi dovevamo ripartire. Per il resto tutto nella norma ci siamo ritrovati molto bene.

L’hôtel est tout d’abord bien placé près de l’autoroute. Il est proche de milan en voiture 30-35 minutes. L’hôtel est grand propre bien indiqué, lumineux, Le service et le Check in etait parfait, le parking dispose d’un garage extérieur et intérieur. La propreté est irréprochable, j’aime aussi l’ambiance de l’hôtel, la literie bonne et comfortable. Douche propre design avec des bons produits rituals. ☺️ Merci moom
