ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี ตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามศูนย์การค้า แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการยังไม่เพียงพอ สองวันแรกไม่มีผ้าขนหนูเช็ดหน้าเลย แม้แจ้งไปแล้วก็ยังไม่นำมาให้ ห้องน้ำก็ไม่มีแผ่นกันลื่น วันแรกพื้นก็ไม่ได้กวาดเลย การทำความสะอาดก็เหมือนทำแบบขอไปที อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก และส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารฮาลาล

โรงแรมสวยและบริการดี พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี พร้อมเสมอที่จะช่วยเหลือตามคำขอใด ๆ ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย มอบการเข้าพักที่น่ารื่นรมย์แก่แขก นอกจากนี้ ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยังดีเยี่ยม สามารถเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียงและการคมนาคมต่างๆ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย

ห้องพักนี้เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว 6 คน เพราะเป็นห้องสำหรับครอบครัวที่ดีที่สุด การเดินทางไปสวนสนุก Theme Park ใช้ลิฟต์ของโรงแรมแค่สองก้าวก็ถึงแล้ว สะดวกมากครับ ขากลับ เราลงเขาไปประมาณ 20 นาที แล้วแวะไปที่หมู่บ้านกัมปุง บูกิต ติงกี้ ปะหัง (Kampung Bukit Tinggi Pahang), เบ็นทง (Bentong) อีก 20 นาทีเพื่อทานอาหารกลางวัน ปลาแม่น้ำที่ร้านนี้ดีมาก ผักสดใหม่ และอากาศก็ยอดเยี่ยมมากครับ ทุเรียนนี่สิ! ทุเรียนมูซังคิง ลูกใหญ่มาก ราคาแพงที่สุดถึง 78 ริงกิตต่อกิโลกรัมเลยทีเดียวครับ

Our check-in experience at AC Hotel Kuantan was smooth and pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful, which made us feel welcomed right from the start. We booked two rooms with a connecting door, which was extremely convenient for a short vacation with our parents, who are senior citizens. The connecting rooms made it easier to move around, keep an eye on them, and ensured everyone felt comfortable and secure throughout the stay. It was definitely the right choice for a family trip. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a calm and modern ambience. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the overall setup was perfect for resting after a long journey. The hotel location is also strategic, close to Kuantan town and easy to access nearby eateries. Overall, AC Hotel Kuantan is highly recommended for family stays, short getaways, and travelling with elderly parents. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ถัดจาก Starbucks, 7E, KFC และ Mc D โดยทั่วไปถัดจาก teluk Cempedak พนักงานโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก พวกเขาเป็นมิตรและดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสและพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือเสมอ อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย ฉันชอบวิวในขณะที่ทานอาหารอย่างเพลิดเพลินช้าๆ มีสระว่ายน้ำ 2 สระ แต่ไม่ค่อยได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ไม่มีไลฟ์การ์ด ดังนั้น ผู้ปกครองจึงต้องมีสติเพราะความลึกของสระน้ำ ชายหาดไม่เป็นส่วนตัวแต่ก็ยังสะอาด โดยรวมแล้วจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง น่าอยู่จริงๆ

The room was spacious, perfect for a small family. The highlight, of course, was the view, sea and pool views that were absolutely lovely. One night was definitely not enough. Just open the window and you’ll feel the sea breeze; so calm and so beautiful. Breakfast was fairly normal, nothing fancy. If you’re not local, I’d recommend going out for breakfast around Kuantan town, there are so many great options to choose from. For dinner, Ana Ikan Bakar Petai is just right in front of the hotel. It’s the most famous restaurant in Tanjung Lumpur and within walking distance. Definitely will come again for a short vacay.

Great location which is in the center of Kuantan town, with hotel private free parking which is safer than parking at the road side. The room comes with a working table which is so convenient when you need to work during the trip. The bathroom is big and the water pressure is strong. Unfortunately the air-conditioning is so loud even though we adjusted it to auto mode.

I think this is the best resort we’ve stayed at in Pahang/Terengganu. The grand entrance was very welcoming, with a beautiful interior and great ambience. The rooms were fully renovated and tastefully done, and the mattress was super comfortable. We really enjoyed the sea view from our room, it was very therapeutic. We had a great time overall. The kids enjoyed playing in the kids’ pool and spending time at the beach. The beach was well maintained, with plenty of chairs available, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the food suited our taste really well. Will definitely come again!
