ฉันรู้สึกพิเศษจริงๆ ที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ มันสุดยอดมาก อาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยม มันฝรั่งทอดอร่อยที่สุด พวกเขาควรสอนโรงแรมทุกแห่งให้ทำมันฝรั่งทอดจริงๆ ให้อร่อยจนต้องตาย ห้องพักก็สุดยอดมาก

Really lovely stay at the Malmaison for a few days. The location is excellent for a Birmingham trip, great cafes, restaurants and local sites all in walking distance. Birmingham New Street station is a very short walk. We used the car park for one day when we hired a car, if you prebook it with the hotel discount it’s £20 for 24 hours. I can highly recommend Digbeth for some quirky places to eat, the jewellery quarter is lovely for a walk around too.

โรงแรมดูหรูหรามาก น่าเสียดายที่นั่นมันหยุด ห้องสําหรับครอบครัวมีขนาดใหญ่ แต่ขาดบุคลิก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในยิมมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่จานและชามสกปรก เราเดินทางไปมิดแลนด์มาก เราจะไม่พักที่นี่อีก .

มันเป็นห้องขนาดใหญ่ที่ดีพร้อมเตียงสี่เสา พนักงานต้อนรับทํางานอย่างถูกต้อง เราพักแค่คืนเดียวไม่ได้ใช้สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดเช่นบาร์ว่ายน้ําหรือยิมมีเพียงร้านอาหารเท่านั้น เตียงนุ่มเกินไป สามีของฉันจมลงไป เขานอนไม่หลับตอนกลางคืน

This hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairlawn Hotel. The Spa facilities was great and staff were nice. Would recommend!

We watched a Liverpool match while eating dinner. Brilliant! Breakfast was amaizing. The kids enjoyed the golf 💯

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

Wr had a wonderful time Everything wad amazing.Location great!!Food great!!services were also very awesome!!I could come here everyday 😂

Another fantastic stay at the Hyatt Birmingham. The service from all of the staff was exemplary, kudos to the restaurant manager at breakfast who always ensures his team delivers the very best. This is the only hotel to stay at in Birmingham
