We stayed just 1 night as we were visiting family. Such a lovely stay, very spacious apartment & everything we needed. Lovely breakfast plenty on offer. We would definitely return & stay longer.

This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work.
The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls.
During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest.
A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

Great affordable stay. Although extremely clean and luxurious, some further deep cleaning could have helped (there were stains on couches, chairs and mattresses. Wifi was working 75% of the time. Right beside beach.

Prima hotel aan het strand. Wij hadden kamer in bijgebouw met balkon aan de zeezijde. Keurige kamer met mooie badkamer. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met heel veel keuze. Aan de strandzijde is prachtig maar geeft wel als nadeel dat er veel jongeren te horen zijn in de vroege morgen die hun stapavond afsluiten op het strand. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar is wel handig om te weten. Zal alleen tijden hoogseizoen zijn vermoed ik. Zwembad wat klein maar heerlijk water. Gewoon meer dan prima hotel. Ohja: super service beneden bij de receptie. De dames spreken 5 talen en zijn niet te beroerd om iets te regelen.

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

He vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento.
Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada.
El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho.
En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas. I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. ผผู้เข้าพักAs of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic.
The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.
