I recently stayed at Porto Sokhna. On a positive note, the service was good and the staff was helpful. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues: Location: The unit was quite far from the beach. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was below expectations and needs serious improvement. Noise: The central AC units were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Furniture & Maintenance: The furniture condition was poor. The sofa bed was broken and wouldn't open properly, and the wardrobe was loose/falling apart. Overall, while the staff does a good job, the management needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene before I could consider staying here again.

The staff are really kind and exceedingly helpful. The price was excellent. The facility itself feels a a bit old. The air conditioner is working but quite loud in our rooms. You use a shuttle to go to the beach but they provide it nearly immediately

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

The hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl. The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.

โรงแรมลําเอียงมาก ลึกเข้าไปในชุมชนที่ยังไม่เสร็จ หาไม่เจอโดยไม่มีคนขับท้องถิ่นถามทาง แต่ราคาดีมาก ห้องวิวทะเลน้อยกว่า 300 หยวนต่อคืน รวมอาหาร พนักงานบริการกระตือรือร้นมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมเก่า แต่ราคานี้ดีมากอยู่แล้ว

Хорошие номера, отзывчивый персонал (у меня было много разных вопросов и они со всем помогли и пошли навстречу - даже бесплатно повысили тип номера). Рекомендую 100%👍🏼
