Room Cleanliness was ok, but has smoke smell upon entering and bathroom shower area has some molds. Amenities delivery were very prompt. Housekeeping attendant asked for laundry service but real intention was to make up the room even though already specified we will call when we ready. This was common practice which we knew everytime we travel, so pls stop asking this. Hotel in overall in the needs of renovation. Guest Relations lady no greetings everytime we seen her. Only nod and nod.
Service at breakfast was very prompt and attentive on first day but other day, they even struggle to clean our plates. Allison was trying very hard to keep up due to lack of service staff on shift. She delivered great service and genuine. Kitchen staff needs to be train on product knowledge. Asked for Egg Benedict which listed on egg menu but were given omelette, second chef came made me poach egg without hollandaise sauce on top. Ordered omelette but was not offered filling, so came plain. No basic standard orange juice for breakfast in buffet. No tea bags selection at beverage counter. Bread selection was good..
We left hotel for sightseeing at 530am saw securty guard was sleeping at inner lobby with sitting position overlooking the main entrance. When we talked louder near him he woke up a bit and continue with his slouching and closing eyes position.
Steam room air circulation and quality need to be improved due to smell not good.
Reception service was good, asked for Late check out and was given in instant without negotiation.
Location was only 5 mins walk from MixC and very easy access.
