At first, the front desk could not find my reservation. Once I finally had my room, it was next to the elevator and looked out at the wall of another building. The restaurant on site was already closed and no one was able to give me a recommendation for a local place outside of the hotel. The location was spot on and exactly what I needed, and the hotel was clean.

โรงแรมที่ดี!! วิวทะเลที่สวยงาม เป็นการดีที่จะตื่นขึ้นมาและชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นกับกาแฟร้อนๆ ชอบงานศิลปะในห้องของเรา สะอาดมากทุกอย่างทํางานได้ดี

This was a Great beachfront location, excellent service was provided by all, The hotel was very clean inside and out . We enjoyed the two lazy rivers , pool, and the beachside bar. We rented chairs on the beach, excellent chairs, umbrella , and service. We stayed in a beachfront King room. It had a walk out balcony which we enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy the view. Everyone was very nice and helpful, we will definitely stay here again.

Staff was great and the breakfast was great as well!  Location was very good and even though partial ocean view it was very nice.  

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones son nuevas, las habitaciones súper cómodas, todo nos encantó, si tuviera que decir algún punto negativo sería la lejanía con la playa, está a 20 minutos.

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.
