The kitchen towel provided was not clean

The tv have no netflix, very hard to used smart tv
Only provided 2 hanger, but for family of 4 not enough provided
Bed and pillow was okay
Hairdryer and iron provided was poor functioning - cheap brand
For price rm 300+ stay overnight - given studio room no separation room/divider/small room
And have to pay deposit rm 100 refundable and pay parking rm10
I feel so not worthy
The price should be 200+ for this kind of room and services
Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional.
I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner.
However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response.
After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice.
At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.
To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.
I love this place very..huge,comfy & clean space.. suitable for family.. smooth check in & check out process..totally recommended.. I'll definitely stay here again next time 🩷
