Well trained Miss 小米 - Front desk staff. Very professional. Restaurant staff very efficient. Once they saw our table plates were full, they immediately cleared for us. So that we can enjoy our breakfast. Chambermaid 唐天兰 did a very good job every morning cleaning up our spacious room. We had an enjoyable time staying in Fuzhou ME Hotel. And last and not least, Thank you for your birthday cake and card. So touching . Thank you Miss 小米 for sending the cake and card to my room and personally wishes me HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 😊😊😊😊😊
AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อStay at Pan Pacific was great as always. Pan Pacific properties are always very comfortable. Only problem was when the property asked me to pay for using the steam and sauna, which is disappointing when staying in a reputed hotel chain like Pan Pacific.
ผผู้เข้าพักPros: & Cons
efficient check-in and checkout process
Spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette, clothes washer, fridge, microwave, cook top. Big TV in living room and Bedroom.
Big shower room with strong hot water.
4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests.
Gym is on level 7, quite small and old
Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway
When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor.
Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff.
Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.
LLeavieLocated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, the property has a nice garden next to a stream. Furnishings were tastefully done, perfect for a quiet retreat in the room or downstairs (the room view was great, almost didn’t want to leave!). The staff were attentive and warm, provided travel tips based on my preferences, while we chit chatted on a rainy day over tea. Tea was really good, learnt so much about tea culture and what it means to the locals. Had a relaxing time.
SStuart TeoWe visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.
