Former President Roosevelt's old residence was at 28 East 20th Street in New York City. Roosevelt was born in 1858 in this house and lived with his family until 1872. All the furnishings in the room are original, reproducing the scenes of President Roosevelt's childhood life. It's a free tourist attraction, but there aren't many visitors.
