พระราชวังทาวเวอร์แห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่าของดูเซิร์ลโดฟซึ่งเป็นแลนด์มาร์คที่มีชื่อเสียงของดูเซิร์ลโดฟ เป็นสถานที่ที่นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมมาเช็คอินกันมากที่สุด แน่นอนว่าหอคอยแห่งนี้ ฟังก์ชั่นเก่าๆ อาจจะเป็นหอชมวิว มีความสูงถึงห้าชั้น
