The reconstructed World Trade Center in New York opened on November 3, 2014. The new World Trade Center was built near the old site and has become one of the most famous scenic spots in the United States. The new World Trade Center Building 1, which costs $3.8 billion and lasts eight years, has 104 floors and is 1,776 feet (541 meters) tall, representing the year when the Declaration of Independence was signed.
