Massey Hall is a performing arts theatre located in Gardon, Toronto. It can accommodate 2765 audiences. Since 1894, the theatre has enjoyed a great reputation in the local performing arts circle. Hundreds of performances are performed here every year, including music, singing and dancing, drama and other performances. Before the opening of Thompson Concert Hall, this was the residence of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir. The Messi Theatre was selected as the National Historic Site of Canada.
