ขนาดใหญ่มาก ผ่านมาหลายคนแล้ว รูปทรงก็สวยงามมาก ตัวอาคารกว้างขวาง ยิ่งใหญ่ ฐานเป็นสีขาว ชั้นสองและสามเป็นสีทอง โดยรวมสีแพลตตินัมสวยเป็นพิเศษภายใต้แสงแดด ต้องถอดรองเท้าแตะที่ประตูเดินผ่านทางเดินยาวเพื่อเข้าเจดีย์เท้าเปล่าเดินตรงทางเดินเท้าเจ็บเท้าแต่ด้วยความเคารพในศาสนาท้องถิ่นเจ็บมากทั้งขาถอดรองเท้าก่อนเข้าเจดีย์ใดๆ แม้แต่ถุงเท้าก็ใส่ไม่ได้ พระพุทธรูปภายในเจดีย์น่าจะเป็นพระพุทธรูปที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในย่านพุกาม พระพุทธรูปภายในเจดีย์มีสกายไลท์เปิดอยู่ด้านบนซึ่งแสงแดดส่องเข้ามาจากสกายไลท์ที่ส่องหน้าพระ เมื่อเข้าไป พอดีเวลา 11.00-12.00 น. หน้าพระพุทธรูปที่ทางเข้าหลักทิศใต้ ตรงด้วยแสงแดดที่ส่องเข้ามาด้วยแสงสีทองอ่อนๆ อารมณ์สงบ สงบ ความรู้สึกร่มรื่น

มนูห์ เป็นพระนามของกษัตริย์ที่พุกามจะสร้างเจดีย์ให้ตัวเองตั้งแต่พลเรือนจนถึงราชวงศ์ เดิมตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณจนถึงปัจจุบัน พระพุทธรูปภายในเจดีย์จะนํามาซ่อมแซมตามเจ้าของเจดีย์ด้วย ดังนั้นการชมเจดีย์ของพุกามส่วนใหญ่จะแตกต่างกันไป

Apart from the huge golden bowl, the most famous one in Mahanu Temple is the huge Buddha statue. You have to take your stomach in side to get through. Walking in the meantime, you don't feel empty and depressed afterwards - that's the mentality of King Manuha, the builder of the Buddhist temple, 1,000 years ago. King Manuha was originally the King of Thaton, a small Mongol state in lower Myanmar. He lost to Pugan in the war and became a captive himself. Empress Li wrote poems after he became a captive of the Song Dynasty, while King Manuha began to build temples after he became a captive of Pugan. Speaking of it, Manuha's temple is also one of the origins of Buddhism in Upper Myanmar.

Manuha Temple is most famous for its huge reclining Buddha. The magnificent statue of the Buddha contrasts sharply with the simple and vicissitudes of the temple. There is a small allusion behind the huge Buddha statue and the narrow Buddhist hall. Manuha Monastery was built by King Manuha in 1059, because he was captured as the king of hostages, so by building such a monastery to describe his intelligence, ambition to be confined to a small space can not be carried out, to express his inner depression and pain. After looking at the temple, I felt that the hostage king was still quite thoughtful, and that the rulers of Myanmar at that time were quite open-minded, allowing such buildings to stand forever.

Although the temple was built in 1059, it looks modern, maybe because it is still in use. There are three Buddhas sitting in the front hall and one reclining Buddha sitting behind it. They are all quite huge. The front and rear halls are too small in terms of the size of Buddha statues. It is said that this is the emperor who was imprisoned here for the first time.
