Lin Mousheng Memorial Tower is smaller than other monuments in Singapore and is easily missed by passers-by. The monument was tortured and killed by Japanese during World War II. Lin Mousheng was an active leader of the Anti-Japanese War. He was tortured and extorted confessions in Batu Gaojie Prison and was awarded the rank of Major General by the Chinese Government.
