The Latin American Memorial in Sao Paulo, Brazil, also known as the Latin American Parliament Building, was designed by Oscar Nimmel. It is said that the building area is 80,000 square meters. At present, only about 20,000 square meters are actually used. The rest are mostly idle or leased to other commercial offices. In commemoration of the founding of Simon Bolivar, the portrait features architecture and sculpture, and graffiti walls have their own style. The library is highly recommended, the main structure is plain concrete, although many intuitive unsatisfactory, the overall effect is very good.
