Kobe City Hall Observation Lobby Review

The 24-storey viewing platform of the City Hall is open for free. It is beautiful to watch Kobe City 360 degrees and night view.

The viewing platform is located on the top floor of the city hall. The wind is relatively strong. It is suggested to wear more clothes. Also here you can see Kobe's beautiful lighting night scene.
