The memory of crab. Apart from the seaside, the ancient houses on the island are also worth savouring. Most of the ancient houses on the island were built in the Qing Dynasty. They are the traditional architectural style of southern Fujian with red brick swallow-tail Saddle Ridge and have a simple aesthetic feeling. Stopping in the deep alley, as if returning to the fishing village life in the past, there is no noise, no noise, to find a rare calm. As a former Islander of Gulangyu, walking on the island made me unconsciously compare Haimen Island with Gulangyu Island. Perhaps it is also a kind of luck for the island. I miss the time before Gulangyu was overexploited 20 years ago. After a tour of the island, because it was too late, he set out to return to Xiamen, ending his unforgettable trip to Haimen Island.
