The entrance of the building is a large platform with high steps and doors on both sides to enter the semicircular flower hall. There are four octahedral pillars with eight leaves in the hall, and the point lining of the four pillars is a fountain. The glass windows of the flower hall are mosaic with various colors of glass to form landscape pictures, and the floor is paved with black and white marble.

Zhang Ruiting's former residence is located at No. 9 Garden Road, Heping District. It was built in 1922. It is a three-storey building with basement. The house has an outer corridor on three sides, in which is a semi-circular flower hall with four octahedral pillars.
