This is a private aquarium. This makes it different. It's great for kids to come here, and it's great to touch mink. They didn't realize that their place was too small for tigers. They keep pacing, and people can easily bump into cages and annoy tigers. The city includes this scenic spot, which is the cheapest place to visit.
