It's a good place to walk along the water and enjoy the view of the coastal bay. Although there are huge bus parks and constant traffic noise, this area is closed during F1 racing. Buses run every 15-20 minutes and can choose the yellow-line double-decker bus for Singaporean tourism.

This club is quite good, although the entry threshold is a little high, but the various schemes in it are cost-effective.
