We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Hotel Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama! From easy check-in to easy check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. While we were there, we noticed staff actively cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the floors neat, which really stood out to us. We also loved the little shopping area where you can pick up items you may have forgotten at home — such a convenient touch! Our room was wonderful and very family-friendly. I especially appreciated that the room was not fully carpeted. The hard flooring in the living area was perfect after coming in from the pool with wet feet, sand, and towels. It made so much more sense than having carpet everywhere. The pool was amazing, the price was great, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We found it comfortable, convenient, clean, and truly suitable for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!  And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!

Honestly my stay was great. No weird ppl walking around my door, no noises to where I would be disturbed, most importantly NO BED BUGS OR ANY TYPE OF BUGS!!! No stains or smoke burns on the bed sheets, and no nasty dirty bathroom, walls, sinks, and appliances!!! I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Some hotels use AI photos and it’ll be a **** show in person but it wasn’t when I checked the room in person. The photos u see online when booking here are actually real in real life. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos because I was on FaceTime with my bf and also I was too tired from work however he even was impressed with the room. I’m a traveler for work so I will definitely book again!!!

The hotel is nice. Not as nice as I thought it would be but its clean. The bathroom could use some updates and some new tile grouting around the tub. But not a bad or gross place. The AC was broken. The chillers were up and down, and no matter what I tried the room temp was getting hotter by the min. When I first checked in the room was 70° F. I set the AC at 67 and 20 min later it was 72°. A few others in the hotel told be they had to be moved to a new room. I did not stay they night, I left at 9pm. Too hot and humid. The staff was amazing and super helpful and understanding. The lady at the front desk deserves a raise. Because the staff was awesome I would consider trying the location again. (After they get the AC fixed)

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Everyone was extremely nice and the room was perfect. Will definitely return!
