Nice hotel, but receptionists refuse my request to check in early and i was seriously sick that day they keep me in lobby almost 3hrs no one care  My friend was reminded them about my condition but no any action from front desk

Amazing stay! I wished I had found this place before my previous booking. A mistake in my arrival date forced me to look around the area to find another hotel when I found Amaan hotels. Best choice ever! Great service, location right by the beach, breakfast buffet was a feast and the rooms have all you need after a day by the beach and pool. I would definitely choose this hotel again!! Perfect for all types of travellers!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, clean neat and cozy room with complimentary water, delicious breakfast you will be spoiled for choice, good location as it is on the beach with sun beds for your relaxation after swimming in the ocean. Assorted wines and drinks for your refreshment, excellent customer service Neema went over and beyoud to show us around the hotel. If you are looking for a quite and intimate holiday destination for you to rewind, recharge and bond with your loved one this is a place for you.

The hotel fell short of 5-star standards due to inconsistent service. Key issues: • Our booked seafront suite was unavailable on the first night due to overbooking (later cited as maintenance), and we were placed in a family house with unused amenities like a kitchen and extra rooms. • Service was lacking: staff were friendly but unhelpful. One left us at the buffet without seating us, and another failed to explain the substitute accommodation’s facilities. Shower gel was missing on the first night. Positives include: • Beautiful seafront suite and restaurant. • Large swimming pool with a scenic view and an enjoyable coached workout session. • Varied breakfast and dinner options. • Manager Maurine was helpful, though she seemed the only one resolving issues. Overall, poor service significantly diminished the experience, falling below 5-star expectations.
