I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เปิดใหม่มาก เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์อพาร์ตเมนต์ภายใต้เครือ Marriott มีห้องพักขนาดใหญ่ ห้องขนาดเล็กที่สุดมีห้องนอนหนึ่งห้องและห้องนั่งเล่นหนึ่งห้อง และมีบริการออนไลน์คุณภาพสูง! เดินเพียง 15 นาทีจากประตูเฮเดรียน ถึงแม้ว่าการหาที่จอดรถในย่านเมืองเก่าจะค่อนข้างลำบาก แต่ก็ถือว่าเป็นระยะทางที่เหมาะสำหรับการเดินเท้า โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินเพียง 20 นาทีโดยรถยนต์ และมีที่จอดรถใต้ดินฟรี เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่เช่ารถ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมอร่อย มีกาแฟและชาตุรกีให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงในห้องอาหาร ห้องอาหารมีระเบียงกึ่งกลางแจ้ง ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับผู้สูบบุหรี่ พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการดีมากเช่นกัน มีการแจ้งที่อยู่เมืองโบราณและพิพิธภัณฑ์โดยรอบเป็นภาษาตุรกี/อังกฤษอย่างละเอียด และระบุระยะทางขับรถไว้ ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยเพียงอย่างเดียวคือ ฉันหาโรงแรมไม่เจอตามเส้นทางนำทางไปยังจุดหมายปลายทาง หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ให้ไว้ใน Ctrip ก็เป็นข้อความเสียงที่บันทึกไว้ ฉันไม่มีทางเลือกอื่นนอกจากต้องติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip และรอให้ทางโรงแรมติดต่อกลับ ระหว่างนั้นทางโรงแรมก็โทรกลับ หลังจากสอบถามพี่ช่างซ่อมรถข้างทางให้ติดต่อแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมเกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งของเราแล้ว พนักงานแจ้งว่าจะถึงที่หมายประมาณ 200 เมตรตามถนนใหญ่ ระหว่างทางโรงแรมก็ส่งคนมาตามหาและพาเราเข้าไปในล็อบบี้ เนื่องจากบริเวณโดยรอบเป็นย่านที่อยู่อาศัย และตำแหน่งแผนที่ไม่ถูกต้อง (Google และ Gaode ไม่ถูกต้อง) ผมจึงเดินวนไปวนมาเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมง ตั้งใจจะยกเลิกการจองแล้วจองโรงแรมใหม่ โชคดีที่โรงแรมหาเราเจอก่อน Ctrip และเราก็เช็คอินเข้าที่พักได้อย่างราบรื่น หลังจากสำรวจ B&B ในเมืองเก่าและโรงแรมในย่านรีสอร์ทริมชายฝั่งในช่วงสองวันที่ผ่านมา ผมไม่เจอโรงแรมเครือนานาชาติเลย แต่ส่วนใหญ่แล้วโรงแรมเหล่านี้ล้วนเป็นโรงแรมท้องถิ่น ผมดีใจมากที่เลือกโรงแรมนี้ ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่ง!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก แต่ข้อเสียคือเสียงดังมากในตอนกลางคืนเนื่องจากมีดนตรีสดที่หยุดประมาณตีหนึ่ง หากคุณไวต่อเสียงรบกวนเล็กน้อยและนอนเร็ว อาจพิจารณาจองที่นี่ใหม่ พนักงานก็โอเค พวกเขาอนุญาตให้เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi ได้เพียง 1 ห้องเท่านั้นซึ่งก็หลุดอยู่ดี ฉันจึงต้องโทรหาพวกเขาหลายครั้งเพื่อแก้ไข ไม่มีลิฟต์ในโรงแรม อาหารเช้าเหมือนเดิมทุกวัน แต่โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค ฉันแค่ต้องซื้อที่อุดหูเพื่อจัดการกับเสียงรบกวน

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Приятное место в самом сердце Старого города. Популярное место, много гостей. Странноватая планировка номера, не очень удобная. И пришлось побороться с входной дверью в блок со сьютами. Брать их ради террасы не стоит, так как она общая с другими номерами и на проходе. Вкусный обильный завтрак (кофе только подкачал), особенно поразил выбор оливок - штук 6-7 разных вариантов!

ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ เดินไปทุกอย่าง! พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและเป็นประโยชน์ ไม่มีอะไรยุ่งยากเกินไป ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและเตียงก็สบายมาก ฉันพักที่นี่สองสัปดาห์และรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน มีร้านอาหารข้าง ๆ ที่เปิดเพลงดังจนถึงเที่ยงคืนดังนั้นหากคุณนอนเร็วและนอนหลับเบา ๆ อย่าอยู่ในห้อง 103 ฉันพักในห้องนั้นหนึ่งคืนและเปลี่ยนห้อง ห้องริมสระน้ําหรือห้องในอาคาร B นั้นเงียบกว่ามาก ฉันเลือกตัวเลือกอาหารค่ําและร้านอาหารก็ดีมาก! ฉันขอแนะนําสถานที่นี้และจะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

Номер оказался с видом на крышу разрушенного здания и полосочка моря сверху)).. Бронировала номер на троих с видом на море. Номер оказался 10м2. Втроем жить на такой площади не возможно. Полотенца были мокрые. Уважаемый сайт., обратите внимание..идет обман вас и туристов. Номеров - как на фото есть не много (думаю 2 штуки) . Ни один из них мне не достался. Персонал вежливый. Завтрак вкусный. The room turned out to have a view of the roof of a ruined building and a ***** of sea above)).. I booked a room for three with a sea view. The room turned out to be 10m2. It is impossible for three to live in such an area. The towels were wet. Dear site, please note... you and tourists are being deceived. There are not many rooms like in the photo (I think 2). I did not get any of them. The staff is polite. The breakfast is delicious.

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

What a fantastic hotel , clean, modern,good breakfast, pleasant staff and brilliant location.No problems whatsoever so ever
