โรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำในทัสคานี อิตาลี

ไม่แนะนำเลยจริงๆ! ห้องพักรวมหญิง 5 เตียง ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มที่เคาน์เตอร์อีก 4 ยูโรเป็นเงินสด ห้องไม่สะอาดเลย สกปรกมาก นอนแล้วผื่นขึ้นเต็มตัว น่าจะเพราะที่นอนกับผ้าห่มไม่ได้เอาไปตากแดดนานแล้ว เต็มไปด้วยความชื้น แมลง และไรฝุ่น ฉันพักที่นี่ 3 คืน ระหว่างนั้นได้เปลี่ยนห้องไปห้องหนึ่ง ห้องเบอร์ 500 ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ห้องน้ำไม่มีที่แขวนของ อาบน้ำก็ไม่รู้จะวางของที่ไหนเลย ทั้งห้องมีปลั๊กไฟแค่จุดเดียวตรงหัวเตียง ไม่มีช่องเสียบปลั๊กไฟสำรองเลย ขนาดจะเสียบยากันยุงยังไม่มีที่ให้เสียบ ไม่มีห้องครัวรวมด้วย ส่วนการฝากกระเป๋าเดินทางก็คิดค่าบริการ 3 ยูโร เช็คเอาต์ตอน 10 โมง ถ้าจะฝากกระเป๋าอีกก็คิด 3 ยูโร แถมถ้าเช็คเอาต์ออกไปหนึ่งวันแล้วกลับมาเช็คอินใหม่วันรุ่งขึ้น ก็ไม่สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้เลย สรุปคือ ไม่มีข้อดีอะไรเลยนอกจากอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ

ตอนแรกก็รู้สึกว่าห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก เหมือนมีคนสูบบุหรี่อยู่แน่ๆ ทั้งๆ ที่เป็นห้องที่ไม่สูบบุหรี่ เลยถามพนักงานว่าขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ แต่วันนั้นห้องเต็มเลยทำไม่ได้ แล้วบอกว่าวันรุ่งขึ้นมีห้องว่างเลยขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ แต่สุดท้ายทำไม่ได้เพราะพนักงานสื่อสารไม่ดี แล้วถามบริการซักรีด แต่พอกลับมาโรงแรมก็ยังไม่เสร็จเพราะพนักงานลืมว่าวันอาทิตย์หยุดให้บริการ อันดับแรกคือค่าบริการซักรีดแพงเกินไปเลยไม่แนะนำ

Hotel is a little hidden beyond the main road, however it is near a premium outlet for great shopping and the cafe serves awesome steak. It is also about 45 min drive away from Florence, and near to Chianti vineyard amongst other attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious and clean rooms. The garden is also well manicured.

Esperienza decisamente eccellente. Lo staff mi ha accolta col sorriso e con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi pronto a consigliarmi luoghi da visitare o in cui assaggiare prodotti tipici del posto. Il personale di sala, sia a colazione che a cena, si è mostrato sempre pronto e attento, oltre al servizio rapido e professionale. Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata, dal dolce al salato ho trovato tutto ottimo! La mia camera era davvero perfetta: calda, pulita, cuscini e materasso davvero confortevoli, bagno munito di tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani, al bagnoschiuma alle cuffie per la doccia. Pulizia, cura per il cliente, disponibilità è ciò che ho trovato, il tutto in una location ben curata, posta a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal Parco delle Terme, a 10 minuti dalla funicolare per Montecatini Alto e con vari spazi per i parcheggi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

โรงแรมเล็กๆ ที่ดีเยี่ยมมีสไตล์และการออกแบบที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทำเลมหัศจรรย์ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำ Arno ห่างไกลจากฝูงชนของนักท่องเที่ยวที่บุกโจมตีใจกลางเมืองฟลอเรนซ์ ซึ่งยังอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงไม่กี่นาที พนักงานใจดีมากพร้อมตอบสนองทุกความต้องการ อาหารเช้าเลิศรสในห้องร้านอาหารที่ได้รับการออกแบบอย่างประณีตและเป็นมิตร

ฉันอยากให้คะแนนทุกดาวที่เป็นไปได้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งพนักงานต้อนรับ เธอใจดี ช่วยเหลือดี และอดทนมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมาก

Posto incantevole, vista pazzesca e pace dei sensi. Il personale è gentilissimo, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante Rocca d’Orcia Grill, eccellente. Torneremo molto volentieri. Grazie per tutto!

Wir haben es spontan gebucht.Wir sind sehr spät eingereist leider konnte der nachportier weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen ,jedoch war die Dame am Tag Dienst sehr Freundlich, Hilfsbereit und sehr nett.Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir das Zimmer eintraten.Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett war auch sehr bequem. Unsere Zimmer war mit Terasse ,Man kann auf der Terraase Rauchen. Schließlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jede Zeit wieder Buchen. Danke für Alles.
