Great first night start in this lovely, quaint guesthouse with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities near the pier to Mykines in Sorvagur village. Self-check was smooth, details kindly provided by owners before arrival. Note that you need to carry your luggage up the stairs to the second floor and parking is 50m away, though you can offload them in front of the house first before parking. Our street-facing room was charming, though finding sockets can be tricky at first. We never needed to wait to use one of the two clean bathrooms available. Our favourite bit was having meals in the kitchen lounge which had pretty views of the fjord. Great base for Trelanipan Trail, Bour and Skarðsáfossur and the boat trip to Mykines from the pier nearby.
