Gostei muito da minha estadia. O hotel é lindo e agradável Os funcionários foram extremamente educados e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Fiquei no quarto 607, que é confortável, porém percebi alguns pontos de manutenção que poderiam ser melhorados. A porta do banheiro estava com bastante dificuldade para fechar, e o ar-condicionado parecia ter um defeito na saída de ar, que estava improvisada com um “band-aid”. Outro ponto foi sobre a hidromassagem. Eu não sabia que era um serviço à parte e achei que estivesse incluída na hospedagem. Talvez essa informação pudesse ficar mais clara para os hóspedes. Apesar desses detalhes, foi um dia perfeito, aproveitei muito a estadia e com certeza voltaria

โรงแรมที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ - ทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบบนชายหาด Ipanema บริการที่โดดเด่น บริเวณสระว่ายน้ําที่สวยงามสําหรับพระอาทิตย์ตกและเครื่องดื่ม คุณภาพเตียงสวย - ฉันนอนหลับฝันดีในเวลากลางคืน แม้ว่าห้องด้านหน้าพร้อมวิวทะเลจะใหญ่กว่า / ดีกว่า แต่ห้องลานภายในก็ดีมากด้วยเครื่องปรับอากาศ ผลิตภัณฑ์ห้องน้ํา ฯลฯ มาพักที่นี่ครั้งที่ 3 - จะกลับมาพักอีก!

โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีบรรยากาศแบบองค์กรและอยู่ใกล้กับชายหาดที่ไม่พลุกพล่านเท่า Copa หรือ Ipanema สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กแต่สะอาด ทั้งห้องอาหารหลักและห้องอาหารชั้นบนสุด (Masi) ก็ดีเช่นกัน Masi ไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่านจึงเป็นสถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับการชมพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สวยงาม และเมนูอาหารก็มีทั้งที่อร่อยและไม่ดี แต่พนักงานดีและวิวก็เช่นกัน บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำเหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว แต่ในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์จะพลุกพล่านเกินไปจนไม่มีใครมานั่งเล่นและผ่อนคลาย การจัดวางห้องพักใช้พื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและอยู่ในสภาพดี สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องพูดถึงคือเครื่องปรับอากาศ ระบบเหล่านี้ทำงานบนระบบรีโมทซึ่งอาจทำให้ตั้งค่าได้ยาก และการรักษาอุณหภูมิที่ตั้งไว้ก็ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่เครื่องปรับอากาศทำจริงๆ พวกมันเปิดหรือปิดอยู่บ่อยครั้ง - ฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาต้องมาที่ห้องของเราสองครั้งเพื่อนำรีโมทอันใหม่มาให้ เนื่องจากรีโมทของเรามักจะหยุดทำงาน แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม พวกเขาก็ทำให้ห้องเย็นลง เพียงแต่พนักงานบริการบางคนรู้สึกหงุดหงิดเท่านั้น… ข้อตำหนิหลักคือกลิ่นสารเคมี/น้ำหอมที่โชยไปทั่วล็อบบี้และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ฉันไม่ใช่คนที่ไวต่อกลิ่น แต่กลิ่นของอากาศนั้นหนาแน่นและมีกลิ่นเหมือน ”น้ำหอมปรับอากาศ” ที่พัดไปทั่วบริเวณล็อบบี้ ซึ่งอาจจะดูไม่ดีสำหรับบางคน แต่โชคดีที่ห้องพักนั้นไม่เกิดกลิ่นเหล่านี้ พนักงานทำความสะอาดทำงานได้ดีมาก และโดยรวมแล้วพวกเขามีพนักงานสนับสนุนที่ทุ่มเท (แม้จะทำงานหนักเกินไป) สำหรับจำนวนแขกที่เข้าพัก ห้องพักเงียบ เราสามารถนอนหลับได้อย่างสบายตลอดทั้งคืน ไม่มีเสียงจราจรหรือเสียงรบกวนจากห้องอื่นๆ และเราก็อยู่บนอาคารประมาณครึ่งทาง

Location is great, right at Copacabana beach. The hotel has its own cafe at the beach, where you can get towels and chairs/umbrellas (subject to availability though). Lots of various restaurants and cafes nearby, couple of supermarkets within a walking distance. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check-in time, but the room was ready, which was nice. And in general the staff was great. The breakfast is the same during all the stay. Nothing special, but plenty of food is available. The room is a bit dated, but has all necessary things (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, safe, etc) and the view is magnificent. Nice small pool on the top floor. During our stay it was not crowded, but probably during the peak periods the size could be an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel. I booked a suite for one night, the room was clean although it could use some refurbishing. One window didn't lock, so the noise from the street was constant. Located in a street with some stores, but not an area where you feel safe walking around. No toiletries included apart from s soap and shower gel/shampoo. Coffee machine in the bedroom with 2 coffee pods. I couldn't see a menu anywhere, assumed these were complimentary, as in most hotels where you rent a suite. I was surprised to be charged 1.5 USD per capsule on checkout, and that there was a QR code informing me of this in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere though. All in all, great staff, but there is definitely a much better price to service/location ratio than this hotel in Rio

This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced. The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle. if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service! I am really really glad to recall the days in this hotel!!!

Hotel was a bit old compared to to other JW hotel that I have been, I expected more from what I pay, breakfast was excellent with good service. Hotel room interior was a bit old the staff arranged to a open window unit however the window view is the interior of the hotel lobby which I can see people walking by 😅

Foi minha primeira hospedagem em hotel, fui muito bem tratada do início ao fim. As instalações super novas e atemporais. Muito lindo os jardins, tudo muito bem cuidado. A comida impecável, os funcionários te fazem se sentir em casa. Super recomendo.

โรงแรมที่น่ารักจริงๆในทําเลที่ดี สถานที่สะอาดมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรมากและบริการดีมาก อาหารก็อร่อยเช่นกัน ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่นี่และอยากจะแนะนําให้คนอื่น ๆ

I’d describe this hotel as utilitarian. No decor or warmth at all. The common areas are spacious and quite bare.Table and chairs at the restaurant are plain brown wood, The lobby is sparsely furnished with some worn , drab and very uncomfortable seats. Bathrooms are the same. Just the very bare essentials, not even a box of tissue paper ( and thin toilet paper) We travelled long hours,  arrived at 22:00 looking forward to a good shower …not to be. We were up for a bad start. There  was just a trickle of water not enough to bathe or properly brush teeth either. That could have been a whole area problem as we were told that water pressure can sometimes drop in some areas of the city. We changed rooms , water pressure  wasn’t much better the next day either, the water flow improved just a little and remained as such the whole week. We had paid for 5 nights and ended up staying as the city was packed that week . To go looking for another hotel during the G20 summit which Rio was hosting that week of November 2024 would not be an easy task.  On the positive side, staff was pleasant and accommodating, bed was comfortable and from our perspective, the breakfast buffet was the best feature of this hotel offering abundant variety of  food to meet all tastes- cereal, fruits and cheeses, cold cuts, several hot savory breakfast  dishes - incl. some Brazilian regional dishes as well, a huge selection of breads, cakes, good coffee, and more. Very satisfying. Including breakfast in the booking is highly recommended.  The good fare offered at the hotel at lunch and dinner not good at all. However, there are also three of four restaurants lined up on a small stretch within 5 min walking distance of the hotel- one of them is a very good authentic European Portuguese cuisine and wine. Aprox. US$ 52 for a meal for two. On the same cluster of shops there is a well established Brazilian cuisine restaurant with a good menu where one can eat well for anything  between US$ 12  to US$ 15 and a steak house similar to the Australian Outback steak house.  There are also other eateries snd convenience shops, a pharmacy on the same stretch ( 5 min walk ffrom the hotel) including a 24 hr laundromat where one can expect to wash and dry a load for about US$ 7.  As for location, this hotel is not close to the most well known districts of Rio - places like Copacabana, Ipanema , Leblon - but Barra da Tijuca is a special area in itself and arguably has the best beach in town. The hotel is just a 10 - 15 min taxi ride to Barra Shopping-  the largest and best shopping mall in the whole state of Rio de Janeiro where one can find anything,  including restaurants (recommend trying Jappa all you can eat Japanese food spread for US$ 26 as in Nov 2024). On the whole , when compared with the fashionable and pricey districts of Copacabana , Ipanema Leblon  this hotel is good value for money . I’d stay there again if they fixed the shower situation b’cause this feature matters for me.
