Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

โรงแรมใหม่ ติดเมือง สะอาด สะใจมาก!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีสําหรับอุทยานแห่งชาติ Arches ห้องพักสะอาด มีร้านอาหารมากมายรอบโรงแรม

This is a great location in Salt Lake City. It's within walk distance of tons of great eateries and bars. Friendly service. Walking to the temples and state capital and mall. Love it.

The hotel provides full amenities, you can stay here for a short time without fear of lacking anything, the staff is extremely cute, check-in and check-out times are comfortable and suitable, there is a shuttle service to the airport if needed, in general I had an extremely good experience here for 5 days

It is OK except the cleaning lady doesn’t understand and speak English.

The room is spacious and clean but the A/C keep stop working and we had to wake up middle of the night tried to fix it . The one reason we picked the hotel because there is a hot tub from the picture but there is no hot tub when we arrived.
