I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The Wi-Fi was not fast enough for us to watch Netflix, and the pool is not available according to the website's maintenance schedule.

The hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying. On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.

A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it. A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon. Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS. The pricing is reasonable

The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything worked smoothly during my stay. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with requests. Check-in and check-out were efficient, which made the overall experience seamless. The hotel facilities, including the pool and dining options, were also enjoyable. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the food was generally good, offering both local and international choices. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be [insert a small critique here—e.g., Wi-Fi speed, limited parking, or peak-hour crowding], but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Grand Summit Hotel General Santos to anyone visiting General Santos City for business or leisure.
