Bel hôtel dans un très beau cadre. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec un balcon donnant sur la nature. Belle piscine et endroit sympa pour boire un coktail en plein air.
Personnel compétent et très aimable.
On est tout près du parc national de Soberania et du Canal de Panama. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.
L'hôtel est bien dans son ensemble, les chambres sont correctes (surtout pour travailler) bien qu'avec le temps certaines choses ont étaient supprimées (Frigo, Fauteuil, desserte pour les baguages )...
Mais gros problème d'humidité et d'odeur de moisie (Venant de la climatisation) à cause d'une moquette mal entretenue dans les parties commune et les chambres , il faut supprimer cette moquette, mais hôtel préfère mette un déshumidificateur qui n'est pas suffisant et au final depuis avec les années va couter plus cher par le coût de l'électricité .....
Le service de chambre est correct pour ce qui est fait , mais il serait complet avec un passage d'aspirateur tous les jours..... Chose qui était faite les années précédentes. Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix, mais il n'y a que du café et du Thé, donc pour les enfants pas de chocolat au lait.....
En cas de réparation le personnel est assez réactif.....
La piscine et bien entretenue , par contre la salle de sport est pratiquement à l'abandon c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel.... Et il ne faut pas grand chose pour la remettre au gout du jour avec seulement un bon nettoyage.
It was a nice place. The views were nice from the windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the Location was excellent. Stayed there twice and I would love to stay there again.
The only complaint we had was the frigid temperature of the room. One day we could adjust the thermostat manually, but the next day we had no ability to adjust. Complained to front desk who sais he would switch our room ac to manually, but it never happened. We ended up being uncomfortably cold for a night.
MMister StephenThe bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enough space on floor to open bags. Free shuttle only runs on the hour and the schedule can only be found at the hotel. The place to catch it at Terminal 2 is outside exit 17 and cross the road once. I will post pictures. I had a very good breakfast there.
LLois CowartIt started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card.
We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service.
We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe.
I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

ผผู้เข้าพักAt first when we arrived for check in ,they couldn't find our reservation, we had to wait for the receptionist to get on to the manager and sort out the issue , while we waitied we got complementary breakfast ,which was not included in our reservation, this i was very pleased with .. After breakfast we got our room and i must say very clean , spacious n comfortable room .. The staff was so nice and friendly, especially the girl worker .. will definitely recommend..
LLueAnn BarkleyOn checking in, we were given room 125. As we entered I realised there was a mold issue, as I'm allergic to mold, on checking, the AC area was covered in black mold. We told the representative at the counter, she then moved us to 421, which still had the moldy smell. When we went back down to tell them, at this point my chest is heavy, I'm feeling nauseous and itchy, she then moved us to 819. That room was completely clean and fresh in comparison to the others. Honestly, she was very helpful, I'm grateful she was willing to help because my trip would've been a total nightmare. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the place needed some maintenance, but overall was satisfactory.
