"The rooms are tiny, but well maintained. Everything is super close, walking distance. The room had a kettle and a small tv. However, it gets loud in the morning because of the seagulls (the hotel is close to the water) and there were often parties and gatherings in the hotel and surroundings. Other than that, it was a good stay 😊"

"Excellent stay at Belle Guldsmeden. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our three nights here and would definitely recommend it and stay again."

"Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay."

"Sehr schöne Hofanlage mit schönen neuwertigen Zimmern, welche hell und modern eingerichtet sind. Die Kommunikation vor und während der Reise war nicht immer ganz eindeutig, insgesamt waren aber 2 der 3 Rezeptionsmitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich, ebenso war das Frühstückspersonal freundlich, aber vielleicht nicht ganz so geschult, wie man es bei solch einem Hotel erwartet. Das Frühstück war gut, die Qualität der Speisen war gut, lediglich die Ausführung war hier nicht so gut (z.B. war das Rührei oftmals halb kalt). Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein schöner längerer Aufenthalt."

"Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til."

"L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au cœur d’Aarhus, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Malheureusement, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués. Le confort de la chambre reste très moyen pour cette catégorie de prix, et le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement. À ce niveau de prix, on s'attend à un service beaucoup plus rigoureux. Dommage."

"Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris."

"Vi havde booket 1 værelse, hvor der stod den ikke blev godkendt, helt OK, Vi prøvede igen og der gik den igennem og vi fik mail på det så alt var bare fint, vi glæde os for vi havde jo været der før. Vi mødte op på dagen, var lidt tideligt på den, men hvis vi betalte 100kr, kunne vi komme ind kl. 15, men vi satte os og drak en kop kaffe og ventede så tiden passede, vores familie kom senere. Der bliver sagt om vi vil have nøglen, da der er bestilt to værelser, vi takker nej tak for vi skal jo ikke have deres værelse. Nu kommer vores børn og får deres nøgle, hvor de siger der er bestil et værelse mere, vi siger nej og viser vores første værelse , ikke var gået igennem og det kunne de godt se. Men…nu skulle der ringes og undersøges hvad der var sket, min sviger var meget hjælpsom og talte og fortalte, men det tog ca. 1 1/2 time  Og undersøge det, nå ja han fik 1 drinks bilet som tak for hjælpen. Vi skulle spise, der var vi 4 personer . Vi bestilte og der stod blå kartofler, hvor jeg sagde vi ikke bare ville have chips, nej det var en slags blå kartoffel , men det var jo chips så vi gik op til kokken og bad om rigtige kartofler og det fik vi, alt Ok. Vores børn bestilte en bøf og der var lidt grønt som de valgte fra og bad om ekstra kartoffel i stedet, fik de to meget små røsti , de fik det to gange mere, det var så fint med det. Da vi skulle betale var der ekstra kartofler på regningen 130 kr.Det var vi aldrig prøvet nogen steder, men Ok vi betalte. Hvad der skulle have været en god weekend, blev bare en meget dårlig oplevelse, aldrig har vi oplevet noget lignende 😡 B h Lissi Lind ( En meget utilfreds kunde)"
