Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! Thank you so much to Rooms Division Manager, Royce Villegas, Concierge and Security Manager Aidil Julaihi, Duty Managers Kendrick, and Mike, the amazing Club Team, Concierge team, Security team for looking after us sooooo well! โดยรวมแล้วทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีเยี่ยม อยู่ใกล้ริมแม่น้ํามาก ทําให้สะดวกและน่าเดินเล่นรอบๆบริเวณ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็มีอาหารหลากหลายซึ่งเราชอบมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเราเข้าพักช่วงเดือนรอมฎอน ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงเริ่มบริการอาหารเช้าประมาณตี 4 สําหรับแขกมุสลิม โดยเวลาเราลงไปทานอาหารเช้าประมาณ 6 หรือ 7 โมงเช้า , ส่วนใหญ่ของอาหารถูกนํามาแล้ว ดังนั้นการเลือกจึงรู้สึกจํากัดเล็กน้อย พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก บางคนยังช่วยเราเปลี่ยนห้องที่ดีกว่าเพื่อให้เราไม่ถูกรบกวนจากเสียงภายนอกซึ่งเรารู้สึกขอบคุณจริงๆ ขอบคุณ Krishstopher และ Bond สําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรม จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าห้องพักสามารถจัดหาสิ่งของพื้นฐานเพิ่มเติม เช่น สบู่หรือหวีสําหรับแขก

พักที่โรงแรมนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 ถึง 13 มิถุนายน ที่ Puteri Wing ต้องบอกเลยว่าเป็น Wing ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทุกอย่างที่โรงแรมนี้โอเคหมด มีแค่ผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ชำรุดเล็กน้อย เราต้องคอยขอให้แม่บ้านส่งผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้ตลอด ต่อมาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักก็จัดให้สำหรับผู้เข้าพักเพียงคนเดียว ”ทำไม” ฉันคิดว่าแม่บ้านควรปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดหน่อย นอกจากนั้นก็เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก และต้องขอชื่นชมทีม F&B พนักงานต้อนรับมีมารยาทดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก การพักที่โรงแรมนี้ดีมาก 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Location is very good. Beautiful scenery from the apartment. Very strange and rigid rules. I knew 1 person from apartment was entitled to have free breakfast a day. I was given 3 breakfast coupons for 3 day stay but when I tried to have 3 persons from my family to have breakfast together for the same day, the receptionist bluntly refused. The conditions of each apartment we stayed was different. My sister had a 3 bed room unit with full utilities including dinning table and yet there was no wash basin for cups and plates. The bathroom sinks were leaking.

Despite being a 50-year old hotel, it's surprisingly well maintained. Toilets are clean and well designed with top quality materials. Rooms are well arranged, good quality mattress and pillows, huge smart TV, and overlooking the river. The hotel is very near the main attraction of Kuching : Kuching Waterfront, a 5mins walking distance. Tons of old style shops and cafes across the road, good FnB selection. Staff are pleasant and professional.

พักที่โรงแรมเมก้าซึ่งมีหลายอย่างอยู่ใกล้ๆ และคว้าได้ง่ายหากคุณย้ายไปรอบๆใจกลางเมือง เราไปสระว่ายน้ำทุกเช้าถึงแม้ไม่มีไลฟ์การ์ดและสระว่ายน้ำก็ไม่สะอาดนัก แต่ทิวทัศน์น่าทึ่งมาก คุณสามารถเห็นป้าย MIRI บนยอดเขาจากบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะดูเก่า แต่ก็สะอาด

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก คืนแรกเมื่อเรามาถึง เราได้รับมอบหมายให้ห้องที่เชื่อมต่อกัน และเสียง AC นั้นทนไม่ได้แม้จะปิด หลังจากที่เราขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานก็ให้ห้องอื่นกับเราซึ่งแอร์ก็ปกติ ความสะอาดของห้องอาบน้ําต้องปรับปรุง มีคราบน้ําเยอะ แต่ถ้าไม่จู้จี้จุกจิกก็ไม่ชัดเจน ห้องวิวแม่น้ําดีที่สุดแน่นอน แต่ฉันจะบอกว่าวิวเมืองก็ไม่เลวเช่นกัน สําหรับทางเข้าสระว่ายน้ํา คุณต้องไปที่ปีก Putri ซึ่งไม่ใช่ปีก Astana

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, offering good value for money. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. The hotel serves a simple yet delicious breakfast. I especially enjoyed the Chinese style dishes. The dining area was also comfortable and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check in was smooth. One minor issue was the room air conditioning was extremely cold and difficult to adjust, so we had to turn it off during our stay. Overall, still a good choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Miri. Would consider staying here again.
