Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Carpenter street, the waterfront, where nightly light shows (approx 15mins) are held and various historical buildings and sites are right at the doorstep of the hotel or within walking distance. There is also an excellent mall (Plaza Merdeka) is connected to the hotel which is a plus. Great service from all staff, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable

Riverine Resort เป็นสภาพแวดล้อมที่น่ารักมากพร้อมสระว่ายน้ําห้องออกกําลังกายซาวน่าห้องอบไอน้ําและศูนย์กลางตั้งอยู่ในการเดินทางไปยังร้านค้าและประมาณกิโลเมตรจากริมแม่น้ําฉันชอบอยู่ที่นั่นวิวแม่น้ําที่สวยงามอพาร์ทเมนท์ที่สะอาดห้องครัวขนาดเล็ก ที่ห้องน้ําที่ดี ระเบียงน่ารัก พวกเขาสามารถปรับปรุงความถี่ของการทําความสะอาดห้องได้ แต่โดยรวมแล้วดีมากและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

ในช่วงวันหยุดรายา ดิฉันได้เข้าพักที่เชอราตันคูชิง เป็นเวลา 3 คืน โดยรวมแล้วเรามีประสบการณ์ที่น่าพอใจและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมใหม่ ทันสมัย ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี คุณภาพการบริการโดยรวมดี ห้องของเรากว้างขวางและสะอาด แต่เราพบปัญหาเล็กน้อยกับฝักบัว ปุ่มเลือกหัวฝักบัวติดอยู่ ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นตัวเลือกมือถือได้ ดูเหมือนว่าบางสิ่งที่อาจมองข้ามการบํารุงรักษาหรือบางทีแขกคนก่อนอาจไม่รายงาน อย่างไรก็ตามอาหารเช้าต่ํากว่าความคาดหมายเล็กน้อยสําหรับโรงแรมมาตรฐานนี้ แม้ว่าการแพร่กระจายจะเพียงพอ แต่ความหลากหลายและการดําเนินการโดยรวมสามารถปรับปรุงได้เพื่อให้ตรงกับแบรนด์และมาตรฐานสูงอื่นๆ ของโรงแรม แม้จะมีข้อบกพร่องเล็กน้อยเหล่านี้ แต่เราก็ยังคงพอใจกับการเข้าพักและชื่นชมความสะดวกสบายที่โรงแรมจัดให้ มีการปรับปรุงเล็กน้อยโดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้าและการบํารุงรักษาห้องพัก ยังคงถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในที่พักชั้นนําใน Kuching

Stayed during New Year. Check-in & check-out smooth, room clean and comfortable. River view memang cantik, highlight of the stay. Only downside was breakfast buffet—quite crowded, limited staff, slower refills and had to find/share tables. Hopefully better planning during public holidays in the future.

เราจองห้องพัก 3 ห้อง 9 คน แต่ทางโรงแรมจัดแค่ 8 คน พอเราขอเตียงเดียวสําหรับคนสุดท้ายก็บอกว่าจะทําเตียงเสริมให้ฟรี อันที่จริงพวกเขาควรจะจัดสําหรับ 9 คนและไม่จําเป็นต้องพูดเตียงเสริมหนึ่งเตียงสําหรับ FOC ห้องพักกว้างขวางและทําเลดี แต่พวกเขาต้องเน้นความสะอาดมากขึ้นเพราะมีผม & ฝุ่นอยู่บนโต๊ะ

Stayed at the old wing (block where the main lobby is). Everything needs an upgrade. From the carpet to the doors of the cabinet and working desk, the power plugs on the wall, the phone, the bathroom with mould in the corners etc. it’s also always cold in the old wing. Slept without turning on the air con every night. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety. But for me; the only thing that was good was the coffee machine. Maybe also because I’ve been to this city many times and I know there are a lot of good food just a few mins walk away. Staff was great though. Housekeeping cleaned the bathtub rubber mat for me, brought water when asked and cafe staff were friendly and nice. Many other hotel options in the city; I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Overall location is good. Room is big and clean. A bit weird of the bathtub setting, not elderly friendly. Front counter service can be more fast. Other than that, all good!

Nice view and very close to the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Will repeat again staying there..
