Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.

As always, they always make you feel comfortable and homely. Special thanks to their manager Prativa, excellent service and great hospitality. Breakfast at their open Balcony with perfect Bengaluru breeze makes a refreshing day start. Not to mention quality of the food, comfort room and location…always excellent! Highly suggested!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมในใจกลางเมืองพนักงานที่เช็คอินและอาหารเช้าเป็นกันเองมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ทีวีไม่ทํางานนานกว่า 15 ชั่วโมงและพวกเขาต้องเปลี่ยนกล่อง จองเพื่อดูการแข่งขันคริกเก็ต แต่มันไม่เกิดขึ้น อาหารเช้ากระจายเป็นสิ่งที่ดี รสชาติก็ดี ง่ายต่อการขนส่ง แท็กซี่จากโรงแรมไปทุกที่ ความปลอดภัยดีและเป็นกันเอง การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ราบรื่น ห้องน้ําสะอาด เนื่องจากเสียงดังแขกจากห้องอื่น ๆ กําลังเดินเตร่และปลุกฉันตอน 8 โมงเช้า เนื่องจากเสียงดัง ไม่สามารถหยุดพวกเขาได้เพราะพวกเขาเป็นแขก แต่โรงแรมควรตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและบอกพวกเขาว่าอย่าส่งเสียงดังมาก

Every thing is good, food is good

Неплохой отель. Вкусный завтрак. Но на 5 звезд не тянет.

on roof top and they did not fill water in cooler we had to ask them twice then they did it after an hour. Also our sound and decoration guy had a tuff time getting his things in as their service lift had lot of issues and would not work sometimes. But the food was good over most of the time so kudos for that. Also last thing it’s like a mesh some lift only goes to 1st floor we can’t go via stairs. Also one side stairs will go to 5th floor other side won’t not very friendly.
