Great hotel, the architecture is beautiful, the room was comfortable and we had access to free bicycles to discover Pangkalan Bun. There's a swimming pool as well. We appreciated that it is relatively close to the coach station. There were stations to refill drinking water in the corridors, which is much better than using small plastic bottles in my opinion, especially for the environment

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Hotel was a memorable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, excellent service, and a tranquil environment.

เป็นโรงแรมที่เป็นมิตรกับเด็ก ๆ จริงๆ.. เมนูอาหารเช้ามีความหลากหลายและมีตัวเลือกมากมายสําหรับเด็ก ๆ ชอบและตําแหน่งสระว่ายน้ําทําให้เราดูเด็ก ๆ ว่ายน้ําได้ง่าย ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้มัสยิด.. เป็นการพักที่มีความสุขมากสําหรับทั้งครอบครัว สําหรับราคาห้องพักที่ราคาไม่แพงมาก...ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาที่โรงแรมนี้ถ้ามีโอกาสไปปาลังกายา..

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมก็ไม่เลว ผนังด้านนอกสไตล์ดัตช์ และอากาศสดชื่น สัญญาณ WIFI ของโรงแรมค่อนข้างแย่ และเป็นระยะๆ ทั้งคืน โรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินมากนัก
