ที่พักอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองเล็กน้อยแต่ก็อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถรางมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ธรรมดา และอ่างอาบน้ำก็มีสนิมบ้าง วิวทะเลก็สวยดี แต่หน้าต่างก็สกปรกนิดหน่อย โดยรวมแล้ว เมื่อเทียบกับราคา 75 ปอนด์สำหรับสุดสัปดาห์แล้ว ก็ถือว่าผ่านได้ไม่ยาก

Convenient for the event we attended, wasn't 100% clean but it wasn't awful, the TV in the room was very small as well.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. ครั้งแรกที่ใช้ฮอลิเดย์อินน์ สิ่งดีๆคือ ห้องกว้างขวางมาตรฐานดีเยี่ยม เตียงและหมอนที่สะดวกสบายและสะอาดและผ้าเช็ดตัว (ใหญ่และเล็กสําหรับหนึ่งคนต่อคน ) มีกาต้มน้ําและชา/กาแฟพร้อมขนม (บิสกิต) มีไดร์เป่าผมและเตารีดพร้อมแผ่นเหล็กภายในตู้เสื้อผ้า มีโต๊ะกลมและเก้าอี้โซฟาบนโต๊ะทํางานและเก้าอี้ มีห้องออกกําลังกายขนาดเล็ก สระว่ายน้ํา และจากุซซี่ สามารถรวมอาหารเช้าและเย็นได้ (มีห้องอาหาร) และสั่งถึงห้องได้ (รูมเซอร์วิส) ฉันนําที่พักพร้อมอาหารเช้าเท่านั้นและอาหารเช้าเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีและมากมาย แม้แต่ตัวเลือกที่ปราศจากกลูเตน! ของไม่ดี ลิฟต์โรงแรมเสียและวางฉันไว้ที่ชั้น 3 แต่ฉันสามารถขอให้พนักงานให้ฉันที่ชั้นล่างได้ (บอกว่าห้องสุดท้าย / ไม่มีทางเลือกอื่น) ห้องเตียงแฝด ควรเขียนคําขอว่าถ้าลิฟต์ไม่ทํางานให้ชั้นล่างหรือชั้นล่าง กาต้มน้ําไม่มีตะขอ (อาจจะหักก่อนฉัน) เก้าอี้โซฟามีคราบอยู่ตรงหน้าฉัน โดยรวมแล้วบริการดีมากและห้องพักเยี่ยมและมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ดี

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Self catering studio set in beautiful grounds was perfect for our 2 night stay. We really enjoyed the wine tasting evening with Alberto and the History of the Hall talk with John. Only marked down on amenities because the restaurant and bar were closed , due to the owners being on holiday and we weren't made aware this at time of booking.

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊

Lovely clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were pleasant. Driver was the friendliest. Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc. also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked.
