ฉันกําลังมองหาโรงแรมราคาไม่แพงในอุตรตาและพบโรงแรมไวท์พาเลซ นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากและราคาไม่แพงเกินไป พนักงานบริการที่เป็นประโยชน์ Alamin มารับฉันตรงเวลาจากสนามบิน อาหารที่โรงแรมอร่อยและบริการก็ดีด้วย ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีจริงๆ และฉันหวังว่าจะได้พักที่นี่อีกในอนาคต

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

Everything was simply delicious—from the food to the service to the overall vibe. UMPHHH! ✨ Five stars all the way! The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every meal was a highlight—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, and the entire property had a refreshing, modern feel. Amari Dhaka truly knows how to deliver comfort, class, and culinary bliss. Can't wait to return!

Great service. Overall satisfied with hotel. 2 issues I don't think the hotel can do much 1. Due to location traffic is terrible 2. Also due to location, cafe at check in is full of mosquitoes. Can u imagine 2 waiters job is full time swatting mosquitoes..

ผมขอเริ่มด้วยข้อสรุปก่อนว่าคุ้มค่ามาก และฉันจะกลับมาอีกในทริปธุรกิจครั้งหน้า! ย้ายมาที่นี่จากอุตตาราเพื่อสัมผัสชีวิตในกุลชาน ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่ร่ำรวยของบังกลาเทศ การคมนาคมที่นี่สะดวกมาก ออกไปเลี้ยวขวาก็จะเห็นสถานทูตประเทศต่างๆ มากมายในบังคลาเทศ (มีศาลาจีนอยู่ที่นี่ด้วย) นั่งรถสามล้อไปประมาณ 5-10 นาทีก็ถึงใจกลางเขต Gulshan ซึ่งเป็นที่เดียวที่มีสัญญาณไฟจราจรที่ฉันเห็นในทริปนี้ หากเป็นการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ค่าใช้จ่ายจะอยู่ที่ 200 หยวนเศษ และถือเป็นมาตรฐานสามดาว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก พนักงานบริการมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากและทุกคนทักทายฉันด้วยรอยยิ้ม วันหนึ่งฉันไม่ได้ไปทานอาหารเช้า และหลังจากหมดเวลาทานอาหารเช้าไปแล้วกว่าสิบนาที พนักงานต้อนรับก็โทรมาถามฉันว่าฉันยังไม่ได้ทานอาหารเช้าหรือ ถ้าฉันต้องการทานอาหารเช้า ฉันสามารถลงมาทานอาหารเช้าข้างล่างได้ ฉันเป็นคนนอนหลับยาก ดังนั้นเรื่องกันเสียงจึงถือว่าพอรับได้สำหรับฉัน ผมก็บอกไม่ได้ว่ากันเสียงได้ 100% แต่ถ้าคุณเป็นคนนอนหลับไม่สนิท ผมแนะนำให้เลี้ยวขวาแล้วเลือกโรงแรมห้าดาวครับ ไม่มีทางหรอก. ในประเทศนี้ วัตถุที่เคลื่อนที่ทั้งหมดบนท้องถนนจะต้องบีบแตร ส่วนวัตถุที่ไม่มีแตรก็ต้องบีบปาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีการเป่าแตรสวดมนต์ประจำมัสยิดจำนวน 5 แห่ง ซึ่งดังเกือบทั่วทั้งเมืองทุกวัน การกันเสียงให้สมบูรณ์เป็นเรื่องยากมาก! และสุดท้ายแต่ไม่ท้ายสุด แทบไม่มียุงเลย! พักอยู่ 4 คืนและเห็นยุงในห้องน้ำแค่ตัวเดียว น้ำตาคลอเลย! โรงแรมแห่งนี้จริงจังกับการควบคุมยุงมาก

ยกเว้นสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบไม่ดี (นี่ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม บังคลาเทศก็แบบนี้) อย่างอื่นดีมาก แผนกต้อนรับบริการอบอุ่นและนอนหลับสบาย ใกล้สนามบินมาก เดิน 15 นาที

Facilities totally spoiled, shower head, pipe hanger all broke, room small, smelly don’t matched with the price paid for at all. Not recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

The location is good. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well. But the cleanliness isn't up to the mark,also there is no calling system for room service. And the locking system of the doors of the room should be updated.

The room was very good, especially considering local standards — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good quality. Service was, in many cases, truly excellent: particularly from the dining staff, entrance/security team, and the porters, who were all attentive and genuinely helpful. However, at reception the experience was more mixed. Sometimes was good. At times the staff tried to appear friendly, but it felt somewhat forced, and on other occasions their attitude shifted suddenly to being a bit aloof. This inconsistency made the reception service less authentic compared to the rest of the team. Overall, the hotel is well located, easy to find, with a very nice swimming pool, making it a solid choice for a stay.
